Shipping & Returns

 

Your order will be processed within 2-3 working days upon the payment is received. If out of stock, we will update you latest fast delivery time in time.

 

 

Please check the items face to face with the courier when they arrive. If the items are damaged, please take pictures on the broken items and try to obtain local courier’s documentary evidence for the breakage. At the same time, please email us the photos or videos of the packaging and products as soon as possible.

 

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days after the PO is placed. The amount of a full refund is the amount of the PO minus the original shipping cost. Returns will not be accepted if: a) the products/items are used, installed, opened, damaged or repaired; b) not provide a RMA; c) open and repair the item without our authorization; and d) labels and stickers are removed or destroyed.

 

 

 Packing cartons, wooden boxes and flight cases must be in good condition when returned. If destroyed or damaged, returns will be accepted after inspection by our warehouse or staffs. In such case, 20-30% restocking fee will be charged.

 

 Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs to a warehouse selected in USA. To request a return, just email us at support@fultape.com.
